Transformational and Instructional Leadership in Cross-Thematic Teaching

Over the last decades, rigorous research has been carried out concerning most appropriate leadership style of school principals and two basic conceptual models transformational instructional leadership. However, practices behaviours as they affect successful implementation cross-thematic integration have not sufficiently explored. This article examines relationship between factors’ “transformational leadership” “instructional for enhancing teaching. Quantitative empirical was conducted on a sample 251 Greek primary schools.
